Welcome to our debut Indigenous audio tour of Indigenous Saunksqua's, featuring the elevated women whose reign preceded contemporary notable women like Michelle Obama, Susan B. Anthony, Matilda Cage, Lucretia Mott, and Gloria Steinham.

The Indigenous Saunksqua audio tour tells the histories and stories of Lenaape female chiefs/saunksquas - all women -  who governed their nations in this northeastern corner of Turtle Island.
