Jessie Flores

Jessie Flores is a native from the Bronx and a recent graduate from Hunter College with a bachelor¹s degree in Physical education and a strong concentration in Modern dance. Ms. Flores was part of the Hunter College Dance Company and has danced with choreographers Antonio Ramos and Richard Rivera at Movement Salon and City Center Studios. She was a founding member and performer with Mellifluous, a tribal troupe who performed at Judson Church and at Pepatian's Jump It Up 2001 at the Lovinger Theater, Lehman College. All her previous work and studies have inspired her to stay on a quest to discover and develop her own choreographic voice. She presented her own work through Pepatian last May at BAAD! and is working on a new Hip-Hop-meets-Modern-Dance project for this coming spring. In addition, she will also be performing at the Hunter College Alumni concert on December 5th & 6th.
